Junior Recruitment Consultant
Location - Gravitas London
Start dates - flexible
Base from £35k - 45k + commission (increasing with promotions)
The role
Joining a team of highly experienced recruiters, you will learn from the very best in business. We provide each recruiter with an award-winning tailored 6-12 month training program and 1 on 1 individual mentorship, so you have every opportunity to succeed! Plus, earn commission and bonus incentives in addition to your monthly salary!

In return, you will
- Source highly skilled candidates within Technology across different channels like LinkedIn and other job boards through cold-calling and head-hunting to meet your clients needs and build your own candidate base
- Manage a candidate’s end-to-end recruitment experience from interviewing and assessing highly skilled candidates and marketing them to potential employers, to coordinating candidate interview arrangements and feedback, ensuring an efficient process for all parties.
- Provide in-depth market insight, knowledge, and updates to clients and candidates, building valuable, long-term relationships through regular engagement
- Become a Technology market expert, carve out your own niche in your market specialisation, providing expert advice on the market and winning new business for you and your team
- Promoting yourself and your service offerings via candidate meetings, professional networking, sales marketing, and social media to show that you're the best in the business
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
