Your team We’re the team that is responsible for enabling the hiring success at Frontify. That includes attracting new applicants, engaging with people, and hiring our future colleagues. The candidate experience and hiring excellence are at the center of everything we do, and we ensure that our team rocks the whole process. Your mission We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to jump in and make an immediate impact in hiring across Product and Engineering at Frontify. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating closely with hiring managers, and can drive full-cycle recruiting with efficiency and care. You’ll play a key role in keeping momentum high during a busy hiring season—owning everything from sourcing to offer while ensuring a great candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with an ideal start date in September 2026.

Your responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering and Product, ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on profiles and interview plans, and set clear expectations.
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, building strong, role-relevant pipelines.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication.
- Manage multiple roles in parallel, prioritizing effectively based on business needs and timelines.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices through fair, consistent sourcing and selection approaches.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring best practices, using data and market insights to inform decisions.
Your story
- You can work from our London office 2 days per week.
- You have 6+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience across technical roles in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you’ve also recruited for Commercial or G&A roles.
- You’ve hired across a range of functions and levels (e.g., Product Managers, Product Designers, through to Software Engineers; IC through Manager).
- You can run complex searches end-to-end, align stakeholders quickly, and keep hiring processes moving with minimal oversight.
- You have strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent tools.
- You take a collaborative, proactive approach with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- You balance speed and quality, using sound judgment to support thoughtful hiring decisions.
- You’re fluent in English.
