You'll be the main technical point of contact for customers across Europe and you'll manage the relationship day to day.
What's in it for you?
- £105,000 base salary
- Annual bonus scheme (Up to £12,000)
- Fully remote (must be UK-based)

What do you need?
- SOC / SIEM exposure
- Technical depth (understanding SOC workflows)
- SQL experience
- Live troubleshooting experience
- Proven customer-facing experience. You've led calls, owned accounts, ran QBRs
- Ideally, your background is in start-ups / scale-ups
