Mission: Menlo Security’s goal is to enable secure connectivity, communication, and collaboration without compromise. Amid the shifts caused by COVID-19, this mission is more critical than ever. Menlo supports customers across Fortune 500 enterprises, 9/10 of the world’s largest banks, and the Department of Defense.
The world has changed, and we’re scaling quickly—from 400 to 1,000+ employees by 2024. We seek passionate, empathetic, and agile professionals—experts who thrive under pressure, stay organised, deliver results, and balance humility with leadership.
Our funding is strong, led by top-tier investors including Vista Equity Partners, General Catalyst, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, and Ericsson.

- Lead deployment and account management, guiding customers through design, configuration, resilience, and best practices.
- Drive post-sales engagement, improving lead conversion and retention through technical expertise and clear communication.
- Act as a link between customers, prospects, and internal teams (Deployment, Engineering, and Sales).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
