Location: Halifax / Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract
About the Role
An exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a Senior Technical Application Specialist within a large-scale transformation programme in the financial services sector. Attractive day rate available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and solution design for enterprise-scale customer communication platforms
- Lead stakeholder management and collaborate across teams
- Deliver root cause analysis, production support, and proof of concept (POC) implementation
- Mentor teams and drive adoption of technical best practices
- Oversee document composition, post-composition, archiving & orchestration

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms
- Proficiency in Precisely DOC1, EngageOne, FIS CSF, OpenText or Quadient
- Proven experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Hands-on with AFP/PDF formats (desirable)
- Familiarity with web technologies and digital frameworks (desirable)
