About the Role
We are collaborating with a leading Microsoft consultancy seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to assist enterprise clients in designing, prototyping, and delivering AI-powered business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is an engaging, hands-on consulting role ideal for someone passionate about building practical, business-driven solutions.
You’ll work closely with clients to:
- Understand complex business challenges
- Shape innovative solutions
- Build prototypes and deploy secure, scalable digital tools
- Leverage technologies like Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and Dynamics 365
The role blends technical implementation, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and innovation consulting.
The client seeks an experienced professional who can bridge technical and business ecosystems with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
Solution Development
- Design and develop solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Copilot Studio
- Create and refine:
- AI-led prototypes
- Copilot agents
- Automations to address real-world business needs
Client Engagement
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and innovation engagements
- Translate business requirements into technical applications and solutions
- Present and demonstrate prototypes to both technical and business stakeholders
Solution Implementation & Handover
- Produce solution designs, documentation, and transition materials
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability
- Support the adoption of Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform capabilities across enterprise environments
- Stay updated on new Microsoft technologies and apply them to client use cases

Experience & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate
- Prior experience with:
- Copilot Studio (or AI/chatbot/agent development frameworks)
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering solutions for enterprise clients
Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical prototypes or solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with aptitude for delivering clear presentations to executives and technical teams
- Proven experience within consulting, solution delivery, or client-facing technical roles
Note: Seeking candidates with a balance of technical expertise and client-facing consultancy experience. Given UK work permit requirements, only applicants eligible for SC Clearance can be considered.
