Company Description

Here at Gousto, we are on a mission to become the UK's most loved way to eat dinner, and for every meal to leave the planet better off. Gousto is changing how people shop, cook and eat food at home. It’s an incredibly exciting time to join our team - and we’re a friendly bunch!

We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Powered by data and a love of food, we’re a recipe box company that’s disrupting the sector, and we’re passionate about our diverse team and our customers.

All of our people are responsible for the success of Gousto, and we’re passionate about creating an inclusive environment for all to thrive. Our guiding values - Dream, Deliver and Care - show our commitment to innovation, our ambition to hit goals at speed, and our deep respect for the people we work with.

Job Description

Delivery at Gousto sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, and we're transforming it into an AI-native function. As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you'll be one of the early people helping shape what modern, AI-enabled delivery management looks like while leading complex programmes across multiple product and engineering teams.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you'll work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Tribe Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into delivery. You'll partner with a more senior Delivery Manager on our largest initiatives while owning significant workstreams yourself, helping teams deliver better, remove obstacles and continuously improve how we work.

Your remit will span:

  • Pioneering AI-native delivery management building, testing, and proving Gousto's AI-native delivery system as an early practitioner, and setting the bar for what great looks like across the function
  • Leading a workstream under a multi-tribe programme spanning several squads and functions
  • Driving delivery on major platform migration project owning sequencing, dependencies, and release readiness across multiple squads

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
