I am working with a leading global B2B events & experiential agency that’s looking to build their team with a talented Senior Technical 3D Designer.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing studio that creates immersive corporate brand event experiences, from custom exhibitions, booths, and event environments to large-scale live activations.
We’re looking for detail-focused technical designers with strong spatial awareness and a passion for bringing ideas to life — people who can balance creativity, functionality, and technical precision to deliver stand-out brand experiences.
Role
- Translating creative designs into detailed technical drawings that outline design intent.
- Producing supporting plans, approval packs, technical documentation for RFQs, and setup drawings to ensure designs are safe, organizer-approved, and within budget.
- Bridging the gap between creative designers and production contractors to solve construction challenges without compromising the aesthetic.
- Ensuring all designs comply with venue regulations, health & safety standards, and structural integrity requirements.
- Improving workflows with various contractors, making sure deadlines are met and everyone is clear on their responsibilities.
- Researching and suggesting new suppliers that can help us produce our designs more locally and at a lower cost.
- Traveling occasionally for site surveys or to go on-site for the delivery of technically challenging designs, both within the UK and internationally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
