As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we empower customers with top-tier technology, threat intelligence, and services to safeguard their systems.

We operate on a remote-first model, with teams in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. Our culture thrives on authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a real difference?

About the Role: Technical Instructor, Learning & Enablement

As a Technical Instructor, you’ll deliver hands-on, technical training to security and operations teams in Dragos customer environments. Your work will be classroom- and lab-based, blending on-site and virtual sessions to teach critical OT/ICS security concepts, platform workflows, and threat analysis skills.

This isn’t a soft-skills role—our courses are deeply technical, and your students (engineers, analysts, and operational staff) will challenge you to delivery high-quality instruction. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Direct OT/ICS experience
  • The ability to engage technical audiences in live, interactive training
  • Expertise in platform configurations, network traffic analysis, threat detection, and incident response

You’ll also keep course materials current by collaborating with Dragos product teams and the threat intelligence unit to ensure your teaching aligns with the latest technologies and threat landscape shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual (VILT) training to security teams, OT engineers, and operations personnel at customer sites.
  • Teach lab-intensive courses covering:
    • The Dragos Platform
    • OT/ICS network visibility
    • Asset identification
    • Threat detection
    • Vulnerability management
    • Incident response workflows
  • Train engineers, SOC analysts, and plant operators—adapting in real time based on audience background, experience, and comfort with the platform.
  • Manage hands-on lab environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep sessions focused and efficient.
  • Coordinate with Dragos account and customer success teams before engagements to understand:
    • Audience profiles
    • Deployment stages
    • Site-specific constraints
  • Partner with product teams to stay current on:
    • Platform releases
    • New features
    • Configuration changes impacting course content
  • Work with the threat intelligence team to incorporate:
    • Current OT/ICS threat activity
    • Threat group behaviors
    • Real-world incident context into training
  • Continuously review course materials for gaps or inaccuracies, collaborating with the Learning & Enablement team to fix them.
  • Represent Dragos professionally in customer environments, ensuring each engagement raises capability.
  • Assist learners with post-training follow-ups in coordination with the customer success team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
