π Senior Enterprise Technical Lead (Sitecore XM Cloud)
π Remote | UK
π° Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We're supporting a global enterprise on the next phase of its digital transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Technical Lead to take ownership of a large-scale Sitecore XM Cloud platform.
This isn't a consultancy role or a short-term implementation project. It's an opportunity to own and evolve a modern enterprise digital experience platform following the successful launch of Phase One. You'll play a key role in scaling the platform, driving technical direction, mentoring engineers and shaping the future of a global web estate.
If you've been looking for the chance to move client-side and have a real impact on a long-term digital platform, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the technical direction of an enterprise Sitecore XM Cloud platform.
- Providing hands-on engineering leadership (approximately 70% hands-on / 30% architecture and technical leadership).
- Working closely with engineering teams across Europe, the UK, the US and India.
- Mentoring developers through code reviews, technical guidance and best practices.
- Driving the next phase of a large-scale website consolidation and content migration programme.
- Making architectural decisions around scalability, performance, security and platform evolution.
- Collaborating with UX, Content, Product and Digital stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
