About the Role

Lighthouse Games is a new AAA studio in Leamington Spa. We are defined by our pedigree of talent and serious ambition to build a new best-in-class game. We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Producer to join our Engineering team and help drive the development of our ambitious AAA title built in Unreal Engine 5.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering Leads to plan, schedule, and deliver technical roadmaps and milestones
  • Drive execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned with project goals
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and milestone forecasting
  • Track engineering deliverables, identify risks early, and drive mitigation plans before issues impact delivery
  • Coordinate technical dependencies between engineering teams and wider production where required
  • Remove blockers and enable engineering teams to maintain efficient, predictable delivery
  • Improve development processes, production workflows, and Agile practices across the Engineering department
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status to Engineering leadership
  • Support release planning, feature integration, and technical milestone readiness
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration throughout the Engineering organisation

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Technical Producer, Senior Technical Producer, or Technical Project Manager within AAA game development
  • Experience shipping one or more AAA console or PC titles through a full development cycle
  • Strong understanding of software engineering practices and game development workflows
  • Experience supporting Engineering teams developing in Unreal Engine 5 (or Unreal Engine 4 with UE5 experience preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with highly technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement
