Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

I'm looking for someone who’s comfortable working across discovery and delivery — from understanding customer needs to designing clear, scalable experiences across web, desktop, and mobile. The work sits in a complex product space, with connected workflows, integrations, and technical depth that make the design challenges especially interesting. Experience or interest in AI-powered UX is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

  • Own design outcome on complex product areas, from discovery to delivery
  • Run research and validation activities, and turn insights into product decisions
  • Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across platforms
  • Partner with product and engineering to create solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Use data, research, and design judgment to improve outcomes
  • Contribute to consistency through patterns, components, and design system practices
  • Communicate decisions clearly through rationale, storytelling, and evidence
  • Contribute to design quality through collaboration and feedback

What We're Looking For

  • Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex problems
  • Solid research and validation skills, with good judgment on when to use them
  • Experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, ideally desktop-first
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and work within complex systems like LucidLink
  • Strong systems thinking and attention to scalability and edge cases
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in iterative environments
  • Data-informed mindset and comfort using qualitative and quantitative signals
  • A technical background or comfort with technically complex products is a plus
  • High craft standards in interaction, visual design, and prototyping
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B products is strongly preferred
  • Experience with AI-enabled features or workflows is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are…

  • Proactive and curious, with a habit of looking beyond the obvious solution
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and learning is continuous
  • Thoughtful about both speed and quality, knowing when to go deep and when to keep momentum
  • Collaborative and low-ego, with a willingness to share work early and improve it through feedback
  • Motivated by solving real customer problems and creating measurable product value
  • Reliable in execution and confident working independently within a shared product direction
  • Energized by complexity and able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
