Senior Technical Product Manager, Token Factory

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Token Factory based in the United Kingdom.

Join an innovative team building next-generation AI infrastructure that enables developers and enterprises to deploy high-performance inference workloads at scale. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a flagship AI platform product, collaborating closely with engineering, research, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional developer experiences. You'll combine technical expertise with customer insight to shape products that solve complex infrastructure challenges while accelerating AI adoption. Accountabilities

  • Own the product roadmap, strategy, and end-to-end delivery for a core AI inference platform product focused on dedicated model endpoints.
  • Partner with engineering and research teams to design scalable, high-performance solutions for large-scale AI inference workloads.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage execution across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive product-market fit through customer interviews, user research, competitive analysis, and continuous market evaluation.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams by supporting proof-of-concepts, beta programs, onboarding activities, and technical enablement.
  • Manage technical partnerships and integrations, ensuring they deliver measurable customer and business value.
  • Produce high-quality product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), technical specifications, release notes, and implementation guidance.
  • Balance technical constraints, customer needs, and business priorities to deliver impactful product improvements.
  • Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, and performance metrics to guide continuous optimization and future roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience delivering complex technical products in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven experience managing products involving engineering, research, design, support, marketing, legal, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, or production environments.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning workflows, including inference, experimentation, evaluation, fine-tuning, deployment, or related operational processes.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly those serving enterprise customers and technical users.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing roadmaps, Agile delivery, sprint planning, and product execution.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate trade-offs while making data-informed product decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into valuable product capabilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
