- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, with proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives in technical or energy-related environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, prioritize work, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience with Software Development processes and methodologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and understanding of technical trade-offs.
- Product Management capabilities to align program outcomes with customer needs and business goals, including roadmap planning and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
