The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for your clients, managing every stage of the project lifecycle. You'll interpret client requirements, prepare detailed quotations and project plans, coordinate equipment and crew resources, manage budgets, and oversee on-site delivery to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and exceptional client relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, quotations, and cost estimates.
  • Manage project budgets, profitability, and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate equipment, crew, and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead on-site project delivery, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Sales, and Business Development teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records.
  • Reconcile completed projects and oversee invoicing.
  • Support ISO accreditation activities and internal business processes.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
  • Travel across the UK and internationally to support client events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
