About the Role
Have you ever wondered what it takes to deliver highly technical software implementations at enterprise scale? Join our Professional Services team and help customers unlock the full potential of Coveo's AI-powered platform.
With more than 1,000 implementations delivered over the years for global organizations such as Dell, Rolex, and Salesforce, our team tackles complex technical challenges every day. You'll play a key role in aligning business objectives, technical requirements, and project execution to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
As one of our Technical Project Managers, you will:
- Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.
- Communicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.
- Identify, assess, document, mitigate, and escalate risks when required to ensure successful project delivery.
- Partner closely with architects, developers, and technical customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.

Qualifications
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- At least 7 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.
- At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of the technical challenges associated with implementing cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Experience with web development or software engineering.
- Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, or professional services automation tools such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) or Mavenlink.
- Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environment.
