What You Will Achieve
As the Technical Project Manager, you’ll champion the smooth delivery of client projects with precision, relationship-building, and problem-solving at your core. Your influence spans:
- Ensuring high-quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Bridging the gap between strategy, development, and strategic stakeholders to drive transformative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Oversee analysis phases to refine project requirements.
- Develop and refine project plans and requirements specs.
- Estimate budgets, allocate resources (internal teams + third-party vendors).
- Streamline collaboration between configurators, developers, ensuring minimal administrative overhead for oversight.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Foster cross-project collaboration among Project Managers, Designers, UX Architects, Solution Architects, and Developers.
- Work hands-on while ensuring larger projects stay on schedule.
Your Expertise & Mindset
We seek a hybrid of technical insight and project leadership with:
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of expertise in:
- Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- CRM/marketing automation implementation, with a focus on data-driven outcomes.
- Technical & conceptual knowledge of:
- Data modeling, service-oriented & layered architectures.
- Complex marketing automation workflows.
- Agile methodologies: Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Technical communication: Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
Soft Skills That Elevate
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, collaborative spirit.
- Naturally organized but detail-oriented, handling high-priority projects with balance.
