The Role at a Glance
Are you hands-on with marketing automation projects, agile in approach, and proactive in driving projects forward? Do you balance structured processes with bold ideas and want to work with world-class international brands? We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join us.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth execution of key client projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the analysis phase, setting clear project directions
- Developing project plans and defining requirements specifications
- Budget estimation and allocating internal resources, third parties, and vendors
- Ensuring configurators and developers face minimal administrative overhead, with oversight of follow-ups, planning, and time allocation
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, inspiring your team to deliver impactful day-to-day tasks effectively.

- Solution Architects
- Developers

Your Profile and Requirements

Heydays of Experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with any of these:
- Braze
- Adobe Experience Platform
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Core Qualifications
- Experience managing CRM and marketing automation projects
- A strong conceptual and technical understanding of:
- Data modelling
- Service-oriented and layered architectures
- Complex technical solutions
- Familiarity with agile methods, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to translate between business and technical language
