Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will focus on managing critical client projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Your specific tasks include:

Project Analysis & Planning
- Leading and refining the analysis phase of projects
- Developing detailed project plans and requirements specifications

Resource & Budget Oversight
- Estimating budgets and efficiently allocating internal resources, third-party vendors, and external partners
- Ensuring configurators and developers remain free from administrative bottlenecks, with effective follow-ups, planning, and time management

Stakeholder & Team Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Motivating and supporting collaborators in daily tasks
- Facilitating clarity and alignment between non-technical (business) stakeholders and technical teams

Who You’ll Work With
As the central hub of project execution, you’ll collaborate closely with:
- Project Managers (coordinating priorities)
- Designers & User Experience Architects (ensuring ideation-to-delivery alignment)
- Solution Architects & Developers (translating vision into technical output)
Your role will feature direct impact—contributing meaningfully to successful project outcomes—while being firmly supported by a cohesive team.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

- Process-driven yet opinionated—keeps projects on track while advocating for bold initiatives
- Balanced organization: Manages multiple projects without losing sight of detail
- Ability to transulate between business and technical languages effectively

Experience & Technical Proficiency
- 4+ years of professional experience in:
- Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- CRM management, marketing automation implementation, or customer-centric campaigns
- Conceptual & technical understanding of:
- Data modeling
- Service-oriented & layered architectures
- Complex technical solutions (e.g., CRM platforms, AI-driven systems)
- Agile methodologies: Extensive knowledge of Scrum & Kanban, with experience managing teams through them
- 4+ years of professional experience in:
