As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll bridge strategy and delivery—ensuring seamless execution for CRM, marketing automation, and customer experience transformation projects while collaborating with engineers, architects, developers, and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of CRM/marketing automation projects, from inception to delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning resources (in-house and third-party).
- Monitor administrative overhead to ensure developers and configurators stay focused on execution.

Stakeholder & Team Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and external vendors.
- Act as a motivational leader, keeping cross-functional teams (Designers, UX Architects, Solution Engineers) aligned.
- Strategically allocate resources to meet deliverables, quality, and deadlines.

- Technical & Business Alignment
- Tours a high-level conceptual understanding of complex systems (data modeling, layered architectures, AI-driven marketing).
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Who You Are
Core Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in CRM/marketing automation (proven experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Expertise in project implementation across CRM, marketing automation, or CX platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset—capable of balancing processes with creative input.
