About the role
Hybrid in Barcelona / London, or remote in Europe.

You’ll join at a point where recruiting is a key driver of what Nuitée becomes next.
Our TA team is small, the hiring bar is high, and the next stage depends heavily on the engineers, product people and technical leaders we hire now.
You’ll have real creative freedom over how we attract, assess and close them. There is budget and encouragement to implement AI workflows, experiment with new approaches, and push the limits of how a modern recruiting function can work.
Nuitée already has the growth, technology and product positioning to compete for the best people in the market. The challenge is making that opportunity cut through when we compete with the most recognisable names in tech.

The kind of problems you’ll work on
- How do we turn ambitious or unclear hiring needs into sharp profiles, credible search strategies and stories that candidates care about?
- How far can we push AI, automation and new tooling to improve recruiting speed while still delivering a top-class candidate experience?
- How do we keep delivering strong hires at speed while building the structure the team needs to scale?
- How do we build a distinctive employer brand and make Nuitée’s growth, technology and product story cut through against companies with far greater name recognition?
You’ll usually own around 4-8 complex roles at a time, with a mix of senior, staff, and principal level talent, Engineering Managers, Product Managers and occasionally technical leadership roles.
You’ll be expected to become independently productive quickly. Our team is here to support you, but you should be comfortable making decisions, challenging stakeholders and moving searches forward without waiting for direction.
This role fits if you
- Have recruited through a startup-to-scaleup or hypergrowth phase, where hiring demand, priorities and ways of working changed quickly
- Know how to create curiosity, build genuine interest and recruit top engineering talent from leading technology companies
- Can lead complex searches end to end, from challenging the initial brief and building the market strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer and close
- Are confident challenging senior stakeholders, using market evidence to sharpen profiles and driving hiring decisions forward
- Use AI and recruiting technology actively, and are constantly looking for smarter ways to work
You’ll do well here if you move quickly, use strong judgment and create structure while priorities change. This is less suited to someone who needs stable hiring plans, mature processes or close direction to perform at their best.
