About the Role:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will work on existing assignments within our extensive collection of elite companies. Your entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy will be highly valued, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative team environment without the constraints of micro-management.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Recruitment, preferably working on senior roles across Technology, Product, Design and GTM
- Track record of placing talent into a variety of roles, across geographies, sectors and seniority levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong people skills and ability to manage projects at any one time
