Senior Technical Services Manager (Cluster Lead)
Central London
Up to £80,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
I'm recruiting for a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM across a prestigious Central London corporate portfolio.
We're looking for someone who combines strong engineering knowledge with excellent leadership and communication skills. You'll be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, comfortable presenting to clients and capable of influencing at all levels of the business.
This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll take ownership of engineering operations, compliance and service delivery across multiple office locations, acting as the senior point of contact for both internal teams and the client.

You'll Be Responsible For
- Act as the senior technical representative across the London cluster, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead engineering teams to deliver a best in class Hard FM service across a prestigious corporate portfolio.
- Champion innovation, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Provide visible leadership, coaching and support to Technical Services Managers, Supervisors and Engineers.
- Ensure operational excellence across compliance, statutory obligations, permits to work, RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
- Oversee contractors and specialist supply chain partners, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.

You Should Be Able To Demonstrate Examples Of
- Improving operational performance.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Leading engineering teams within a Hard FM environment.
- Delivering high levels of compliance and service excellence across a multi-site portfolio.
We're Looking For Someone With
- Strong Hard FM leadership experience
- Multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- IOSH (essential)
- Degree/HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline
- Experience managing multi-site technical operations
