Senior Technical Services Manager
Technical Services Manager (MEP) – Fit-Out, Central London
Salary & Details

About the Role
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking commercial contractor specialising in high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London.
With a growing workload, they are seeking a Technical Services Manager (MEP) to support the delivery of multiple fast-paced projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their leadership journey, eager to take further responsibility in a supportive, high-performing team.
As the Technical Services Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services across projects—from design development to final handover, working closely with:
- Project teams
- Subcontractors
- Consultants
- Site personnel
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating MEP services on-site
- Supporting design development and technical reviews
- Ensuring procurement and package management stay on track
- Aligning delivery with programmes, cost, and quality targets
- Resolving technical issues and coordination challenges
- Guiding commissioning and handover processes
- Maintaining health & safety and compliance standards

About You
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services
- Proven experience as a:
- Technical Services Manager (TSM)
- Assistant TSM
- MEP Manager
- Project Engineer (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering fit-out or commercial projects, ideally at a high-end, London specification
- Deep understanding of MEP coordination and delivery challenges
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to manage complexities under tight deadlines
