- Base Salary up to £50,000 per annum + attractive benefits and first year OTE of £100,000
- Working on our Contracts Division

Due to an exciting period of growth, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within the contracts tech digital division.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market.
- 3+ Years experience in 360° agency recruitment - ideally IT / tech / digital (Contracts would be a bonus)
- Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
- Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, Mercury, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
- This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and client
- An insatiable desire to push the boundaries in a quest to deliver excellent customer service
- Above all, ambition + pride in the quality of your output
