- Senior Technology Programme Lead – Paying up to £160k
- Data Project Manager – Paying up to £130k
Role 1 – Senior Technology Programme Lead
Role Purpose
- Lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology programmes that span applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, security, and operational services.
- Act as the integration point across technical and business domains, ensuring all workstreams remain aligned, dependencies are managed, and delivery remains focused on business outcomes.
- Translate strategic objectives into coordinated delivery plans, connecting people, technology, governance, and execution across the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery of large-scale technology programmes across multiple teams and portfolios.
- Develop and maintain integrated programme plans that align application development, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, integration, testing, and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Architecture, Product, Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Operations, PMO, and third-party suppliers.
- Identify, manage, and resolve cross-functional dependencies, ensuring critical path activities remain on track.
- Ensure infrastructure, environments, integrations, data migration, operational readiness, and application delivery are planned and executed as a single programme.
- Establish programme governance, reporting, RAID management, financial oversight, and executive communications.
- Drive programme risk, issue, assumption, dependency, and change management, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
- Facilitate decision-making across business and technical stakeholders, balancing delivery priorities, risks, cost, and business value.
- Coordinate release planning, implementation planning, service transition, and post-implementation review activities.
- Monitor programme health through delivery metrics, milestone tracking, dependency management, and benefits realisation.
- Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery practices, governance, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Core Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience delivering complex technology programmes within large or enterprise organisations.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent technical workstreams across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and operational services.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, integrations, and data migration.
- Experience managing complex interdependencies across technology, business, suppliers, and operational teams.
- Strong programme governance, financial management, planning, forecasting, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, technical specialists, and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.

- Communication – Delivers concise, audience-appropriate communications ranging from technical delivery forums to executive governance boards.

- Technology programmes consistently delivered against agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business outcomes.
- Cross-functional technology workstreams remain aligned throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Critical dependencies are identified early and actively managed to minimise delivery risk.
- Programme governance provides clear visibility of progress, risks, financial performance, and delivery confidence.
- Infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and application readiness are successfully coordinated to support seamless implementation.
- Strong stakeholder confidence demonstrated through effective leadership, transparency, and predictable delivery.
- Successful transition into operational service with minimal business disruption and achievement of planned business benefits.
Role 2 – Data Project Manager
- Complex data analysis.
- Ability to engage with the CDO team and hold them to account.
- Interface with BAs and cover all data requirements.
- Wealth Management experience helpful.
