About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Teleoperations Lead to oversee robotics operations teams supporting AI training, robotic testing, and commercial deployment programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating teleoperators, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality and safety standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between field operations, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with a passion for emerging technologies and has experience managing teams in robotics, autonomous systems, technical operations, control room environments, fleet operations, or other mission-critical programs.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate teleoperations teams across multiple shifts
  • Manage daily staffing and operational coverage
  • Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new operators
  • Promote compliance with safety and operational procedures

Operations Management

  • Monitor operational KPIs and productivity metrics
  • Ensure delivery against quality and performance targets
  • Coordinate robot deployment schedules and operational readiness
  • Manage incident escalation and resolution processes

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and project management teams
  • Prepare operational reports and performance summaries
  • Support customer-facing robotics programs and deployments

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience leading operational teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in robotics operations, teleoperations, autonomous systems, fleet management, control rooms, or technical operations
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, technology-driven environments

  • Experience supporting robotics, AI, AV/ADAS, drone, or automation programs
  • Experience managing distributed or shift-based teams
  • Technical background in engineering, operations, or industrial environments
