We are recruiting for a Senior Territory Sales Manager to cover the West Midlands, including Birmingham, the Black Country and Solihull. This well-established territory is home to a number of key strategic accounts and offers significant opportunities for continued growth. We are looking for a credible, commercially driven and energetic sales professional who can build on an already strong foundation, strengthen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop long-term relationships with NHS clinicians across acute and community settings
- Drive territory sales growth through clinical engagement and solution-led selling
- Deliver product education and training to healthcare professionals
- Act as a key clinical voice of the customer internally
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver territory strategy and exceed targets
- Stay up to date with clinical developments in wound care and compression therapy

About you:
- Experience in woundcare sales within the NHS
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets
- Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
