ABF Business Technology Services (BTS) are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our maturing PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) function. In this assignment-based role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our internal consultancy model and delivering high-quality test services across strategically important technology projects for ABF’s diverse global businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, creating, and executing robust test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts for business-critical technology projects.
  • Performing manual system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business needs.
  • Analysing functional and non-functional requirements to create meaningful and effective test coverage.
  • Logging, monitoring, and retesting defects with accuracy and detail, using structured test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in testing practices, consulting across multiple teams and vendors in an evolving project environment.
  • Producing test reports and updates for Test Managers and Project Managers, supporting informed decision-making throughout delivery phases.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate UAT and ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the BTS PMaaS testing capability, sharing knowledge, and advocating best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
