Clinical Team Leader
Act as a clinical team leader assuming accountability for managing, co-ordinating and supervising the total service provided within the Theatre department.
To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Always act in a manner consistent with the NMC/HCPC Code of professional Conduct and to carry out his/her duties in accordance with the trust and unit policies, guidelines and procedures.
Develop and implement local policies, procedures and guidelines.
Participate fully as a member of the theatre senior team.
