Role Overview

Silverfort seeks a senior identity security practitioner to lead its IRIS (Identity Response & Identity Security) function across EMEA. This is a player-coach role: you will engage directly with customers, develop regional methodology and tooling, and eventually grow the team under your direction. This position is for an owner—not an inheritor—of function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead identity-centric incident response (IR) and threat hunting engagements across EMEA, ensuring a systematic workflow:
    • Triage and scoping
    • Investigation
    • Containment
    • Executive-level reporting
  • Build and maintain standardised playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks to translate findings into hardening actions and lasting posture improvements for customers.
  • Serve as a single point of accountability for customer outcomes, ensuring engagements deliver concrete risk reduction beyond superficial reporting.
  • Lead IR teams across EMEA, providing:
    • Quality assurance
    • Technical enablement
    • Critical escalation support during incidents
  • Actively represent Silverfort externally through:
    • Industry conferences
    • Webinars
    • Roundtables
    • Customer events
  • Shape the future of identity threat hunting as threats evolve into automatic or agentic environments, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of SecOps innovation.
  • Influence product development from the ground up by grounding platform features in operative real-world use cases.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
