Role Highlights

Expert Ticketing
- Accurately issue published and negotiated fares using GDS, ensuring full compliance with fare rules and booking accuracy.

Operational Ownership
- Manage airline queues and ticketing helpdesk, handling:
- Reissues, refunds, upgrades
- Queries efficiently within SLA timeframes.

Drive Efficiency & Savings
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Minimise penalties and improve ticketing processes.

Team Support & Leadership
- Provide guidance and checks on colleagues’ work.

- Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly across the business.

What We’re Looking For
We’d particularly like to see the following in your background:
- Strong experience issuing airline tickets via GDS.
- Proven work experience in the travel industry.
- ** Extraordinary attention to detail** and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, proactive mindset.
- Confident communicator at all levels.
- Flexible, positive, and solution-focused personality.

📍 Hybrid/Homeworking
- 3 days a week in our Witney, Oxfordshire office, or fully remote within the UK.
💰 Salary
- £27,000 to £32,000.

The Interview Process
