Our client, a manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Manager to lead its reward strategy across Europe and India. This is a strategic position taking ownership of compensation, benefits and payroll across the region.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a team to drive a consistent, commercially focused reward strategy across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the total rewards strategy across Europe and India, aligning compensation, benefits and payroll with business objectives.
- Manage salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures and benefits strategy across multiple countries.
- Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Legal and Operations, providing strategic reward insights and recommendations.
- Lead and develop the UK reward team while providing matrix leadership to the reward team in India.
- Ensure compliance with UK, European and Indian reward legislation, governance and pay equity requirements.
- Drive reward communications, employee engagement and continuous improvement across IT platforms and reward reporting.

About you
- Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or Reward, with multi-country responsibility across Europe and ideally India.
- Strong expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, job evaluation and benefits strategy.
- Solid knowledge of UK and European reward legislation, with Indian statutory experience advantageous.
- A commercially minded leader with excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
