Department Overview:
Forming part of the Marketing, Events and Media team, within the wider Marketing, PR and communication team, the Trade Marketing function is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of EU retail, concession and wholesale stores. The team works in collaboration with the wider organization to ensure an integrated and customer-focused approach across all trade marketing activations.
This role will support retail full price and outlet, specifically, reporting directly to the Retail Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the timely development and delivery of high impact, cost-effective marketing plans in support of seasonal activity and events across EU owned retail Lifestyle & Outlet stores and outlet partner channels.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in the development of marketing initiatives and multichannel 360 campaigns with a focus on engaging in-store customer experiences and events, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns.
- Proactively collaborate across divisions, ensuring efficient communications to deliver consistent brand messaging and create a cohesive customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Work in partnership with the internal digital teams to innovate and implement digital & social drive to store initiatives.
- Effective end-to-end management & coordination of all stages of campaign development from initial brief through to design sign-off, costings, eventual delivery into stores within the requested timeframe and monitoring results.
- Foster strong and transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate store-led clienteling initiatives/appointments both virtual and in-store – provide seasonal tools and manage GWP allocation.
- Share seasonal assets and regular updates with mall and outlet partners – leverage their channels to amplify marketing activations and ensure global alignment.
- Ensure all calendars are up-to-date. Work closely with Retail and Planning team to review participation in local promotional events and cascade to Outlet partners.
- Effectively manage day-to-day communications with outlet partners.
- Develop strong partnerships within the field and retail store network to foster new ideas and explore new opportunities.
- Identify and present strategic opportunities that meet Michael Kors business objectives for retail full price and outlet channels (all product categories across MMK, Mens, and Kids) – with a particular focus on traffic driving tactics.
- Manage the project's budget and report on ROI.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in the luxury and fashion industry space.
- Create compelling reports about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Bring new and innovative ideas that can be developed into marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Have:
- At least 3–5 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven success in planning and delivering campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
We’d Love to See:
- Well-versed in all aspects of Marketing with a strong brand judgment and understanding of the luxury industry.
- Organized, efficient ways of working, owning projects, and managing project files and trackers.
- Exemplary written and oral communications.
- Knowledge of a second European language.
- Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think holistically across campaigns and channels – keeps the spirit of the original "360 thinking" without the prescriptive/exclusive language.
