The Role
As a Senior Digital Trading Executive you’ll sit at the heart of the digital trading function, leveraging data, insight, and collaboration to maximise:
- Sales
- Profitability
- Customer engagement
You’ll oversee current trading performance, curating the right products for the right customers at the optimum time. You’ll also help shape the future of digital trading through continuous optimisation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own in-season digital trading performance, monitoring:
- Sales
- Availability
- Sell-through rates
- Stock levels
- Optimise digital touchpoints to enhance conversion and customer journey, including:
- Website navigation
- Product merchandising
- Search functionality
- Lead digital trading calendar, coordinating:
- Promotional campaigns
- Product launches
- Seasonal activities
- Drive commercial performance through smarter:
- Stock management
- Product ranging
- Clearance strategies
- Identify trading risks/opportunities and propose data-led recommendations.
- Analyse current trading trends to influence future strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting:
- Trading teams
- Merchandising
- Marketing
- Operations
- Content management
- Data teams
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture and mentor juniors.

Requirements
- Minimum: 3 years’ experience in digital trading or eCommerce.
- Strong commercial awareness and proven track record in managing online trading performance.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed trading decisions.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, including but not limited to:
- Bloomreach
- Magento
- Pimberly
- Similar systems.
