Senior Transformation Manager
Hybrid | Client travel across the UK (primarily Coventry)
£58,000–£65,000 + benefits
We're working with a fast-growing HealthTech organisation that is transforming how NHS organisations deliver care through innovative digital solutions. They're looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join their growing Transformation team.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation within the NHS, leading complex implementation programmes that improve patient experience and operational efficiency. The Role
You'll lead end-to-end transformation programmes, partnering with NHS Trusts to successfully implement technology and operational change. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll work with senior stakeholders, lead delivery teams and ensure programmes deliver measurable benefits. Alongside successful delivery, you'll build strong client relationships, identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation and technology implementation programmes from mobilisation through to benefits realisation.
- Manage multiple senior stakeholders, including Directors and executive leadership teams.
- Deliver operational transformation projects across NHS organisations.
- Lead, coach and develop project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse programme outcomes and present recommendations to senior audiences.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and additional work.
- Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and technical teams to deliver lasting change.

We're looking for someone with:
- A background in management consulting.
- Strong experience delivering healthcare or NHS transformation programmes.
- Proven programme management experience, ideally delivering technology implementations.
- Experience leading operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including Director and executive-level engagement.
- Previous people leadership and team management experience.
- Commercial awareness, with experience in account management, identifying opportunities and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, consulting and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence is ideal.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to client sites (travel and accommodation fully expensed).
