About the Role

We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Transformation Manager to play a key role in driving the strategic portfolio of business improvement and transformation across the firm as part of the Transformation team and wider Operations Department.
Cooper Parry has tripled in size over the last couple years’ and we are gearing up for more growth to reach our ambitious goals, so there is opportunity in abundance for someone looking for future progression.
It’s the perfect role for an “all-rounder”, someone who will lead on project delivery, the identification and delivery of improvements and change management. We’re looking for someone who will guide stakeholders through the processes and journey of change but also someone who has a people focus, passionate about supporting, coaching and mentoring junior members of the team. You will also need a desire to grow, as there will be opportunities to progress into a leadership-focused role.
In a nutshell, you will…
- Lead and own specific projects, working closely with CP leaders to deliver results and support in our ambitions as a dynamic, challenger brand
- Encourage the business to be brave, challenging why we do things and helping to drive new ways of working that bring efficiencies and value
- Support, coach and engage senior leaders and managers across the business
- Act as a champion for leading change management and project practice – bringing relevant structures, tools and insight
- Work closely with the broader Operations team to ensure joined up portfolio and programme planning
- Define success metrics including benefits identification that measure and monitor the change process
- Stepping into leading the Transformation team and ensuring continuation of projects when Transformation Director is on holiday

About You
We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is resilient with a willingness to persevere. You’ll be a team player, used to working closely with multiple client-facing and central service lines. You’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and step up to the plate to lead the team.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build credible business cases, supported by a keen interest in client experience
- Experience and knowledge of project, process improvement and change principles, methodologies, and tools
- Strong skills in project/programme management and process re-engineering
- An ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- A deep understanding of how people go through change and the change process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an acute ability to actively listen and meaningfully understand challenges people and teams face with change
- Experience with Salesforce and Dynamics (desirable)
- Experience with Fintech (desirable)
- A knowledge of professional services and digital development (desirable)
- Lean Six Sigma Qualification or Prince2/Agile Project Manager qualification (desirable)
