š Who are you?
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager to join our Transformation team. Youāll be helping Community, Acute Trusts and other healthcare providers adopt new technologies to improve patient experience and the way they operate.
The Transformation team is on hand for every client that uses the DrDoctor Platform to ensure they get the most out of it. At DrDoctor we want every installation of our platform to deliver the best possible results at every hospital, without exception. We help our partner hospitals through every step of the way. Over many years, we have come to be experts in delivering technology and transforming hospital services from the ground up.
You'll most likely have a background in consulting, change or programme management, with a strong track record of delivering technology or significant operational change in the NHS. At Senior Manager level, you'll be the person our clients rely on to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end-to-end, navigating trust governance, clinical and operational teams, and everything in between. You'll be comfortable holding yourself to a high standard, analysing the benefits your programmes deliver, and spotting opportunities to increase the value we bring to our clients. Youāll also be comfortable spotting and driving opportunities for growth of that client.

Honest answer ā it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donāt need a masters. Letās look at the ones youād be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
