This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of concrete panels to customers and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the timely delivery of precast concrete panels to customers and project sites.
- Plan and oversee daily distribution and transport activities.
- Align logistics operations with production schedules and commercial priorities.
- Liaise with internal departments including Production Planning, Sales, and Operations.
- Coordinate with external transport providers and contractors to ensure efficient deliveries.
- Create and manage GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and transport documentation.
- Maintain accurate transport records and system data.
- Gather, analyse, and input transport-related information into company systems.
- Forecast transport and logistics requirements over short- and long-term project timelines.
- Ensure trailers are loaded efficiently and safely, with an understanding of panel configuration and transportation requirements.
- Support continuous improvement within transport and logistics processes.

Required Qualifications/ Skills
- Previous experience in a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Purchasing Administrator or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities within strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Good understanding of transport planning and logistics operations.
- Awareness of commercial implications within transport and distribution.
- Construction industry knowledge is highly desirable.
- Precast concrete or facade industry experience would be a strong advantage.
