HYBRID — LONDON (2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE, 3 DAYS AT HOME)
UP TO £55,000 PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION | PERMANENT │ FULL TIME
Senior Travel Consultant job, Hybrid in London, within the ultra-high-net-worth luxury travel sector, offering a great basic salary plus uncapped commission. This is an exclusive opportunity with a British heritage tailor-made tour operator, managing the full 360 travel experience for UHNW clients globally — from consultation and itinerary design through to delivery of extraordinary, bespoke journeys.

- Have at least five years of proven experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients at a tailor-made tour operator — and the destination knowledge and logistical expertise to match?
- Are you comfortable managing the full 360 client cycle — from the initial consultation and itinerary design through to flawless on-trip delivery — for clients who expect nothing short of exceptional?
- Do you have hands-on experience booking private jet travel as well as first class commercial, and the ability to think beyond the brief to genuinely exceed client expectations?

Ambitions Travel Recruitment is excited to be recruiting exclusively for a British heritage business that offers an ultra-high-net-worth travel service from offices around the world. Their exclusive membership model delivers a highly personalised and private luxury experience — and their client base represents some of the most discerning travellers globally.
They are now looking to appoint a Senior Travel Consultant to join their team working hybrid in London — someone who brings deep tailor-made expertise, exceptional destination knowledge and the professionalism to represent their brand at the highest level. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in the detail and understands that for UHNW clients, the quality of the experience is everything.

▌ The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the full 360 management of your clients’ travel experience — expertly managing the consultation, coordination, presentation and delivery of tailored, extraordinary journeys.
- Serve as the primary travel specialist for an exclusive portfolio of UHNW clients
- Plan and arrange top-tier bespoke holidays, managing every detail from brief to delivery
- Apply deep knowledge of global luxury destinations to anticipate and respond to client enquiries
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and operators to design fully customised itineraries
- Book private jet travel and first class commercial arrangements as required
- Go above and beyond client expectations at every stage of the journey
- Maintain exceptional standards of administration, accuracy and client communication throughout
▌ Experience Required
- Minimum five years of proven experience working with UHNW clients at a tailor-made tour operator — essential and non-negotiable Please note: applications from concierge travel company employees without tailor-made tour operator experience will not be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of global luxury destinations and the logistics to reach them
- Proven experience booking private jet travel as well as first class commercial
- Ability to think creatively and go above and beyond client expectations
- Comfortable managing the full 360 client cycle from planning through to delivery
- Excellent administrator with a strong eye for detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex itineraries simultaneously

Yes — the client has been explicit on this point. A minimum of five years’ UHNW experience at a tailor-made tour operator is required. Applications from candidates whose experience is solely with concierge travel companies, without tailor-made tour operator background, will not be progressed.
