We are looking for an Senior Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and stylish London office in Holborn
YOU WILL
- Manage and coordinate Luxury Travel Requests from A to Z, reporting to the Team Leader
- Handle full itineraries, ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences
- Communicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international experienced advisors
- Design tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele
- Maintain close contact with suppliers and clients to ensure total satisfaction
- Use BeConcierge CRM to create and track bookings
- Apply strategic sales techniques to close deals and exceed goals
- Collaborate with your team to resolve any client concerns swiftly and gracefully
- Gather and report client feedback to constantly elevate service
- With the right seniority, lead and supervise assistant bookers

YOU ARE
- Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus)
- Deeply passionate about Luxury travel, lifestyle, and service
- Based in London – this is an in-office position only
- Skilled at working under pressure with flawless attention to detail
- Comfortable with quick math, pricing, and costing
- Experienced in the travel or hospitality industry, ideally from:
- Travel agencies / Tour operators
- Concierge companies / Luxury hotels
- Wedding or event planning
- Family offices or luxury sales roles
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused
- Motivated, stylish, and ready to grow in a fast-moving environment
