Senior Travel Specialist

This is a newly created role for a Senior Travel Specialist, born out of genuine demand and that demand is huge. A discreet, ultra-luxury membership business is growing its travel team and looking for someone who wants to come in and properly own this space, not just slot into it.

The clients you'll be working with sit at the very top end of HNW/UHNW travel, a world that simply isn't touched by economic ups and downs. While other markets feel the squeeze, this one keeps moving, which means the opportunity here is real and it's growing.

You'll work closely with the Director of Travel, crafting pitches and bespoke itineraries that push past the obvious, project managing trips from first idea through to flawless delivery, and building the kind of destination knowledge that lets you say yes to even the boldest client brief.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
