Senior Treasury Manager
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to lead Delta Housing’s treasury function, ensuring effective management of liquidity, borrowing, investments and financial risk. Provide expert treasury insight, governance and reporting to support regulatory compliance, investor confidence and informed decision-making, while maximising value for money and enabling delivery of the Corporate Strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the management of Delta’s liquidity, cashflow, borrowing and investments, ensuring adequate funding, effective working capital management and compliance with the Treasury Management Policy.
- Produce treasury reporting, KPIs, assurance updates and financial analysis for the Executive Management Team, Board, Committees, lenders, investors and other stakeholders.
- Lead treasury-related regulatory reporting, including FFR, NROSH and other statutory, regulatory and lender reporting requirements.
- Monitor compliance with funding covenants and treasury obligations, providing assurance to the Board and Leadership Team and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place.
- Oversee treasury accounting, annual financial statement disclosures, credit rating reviews, investor reporting and liaison with auditors and other external stakeholders.

What we are looking for
- Qualified to at least Diploma in Treasury Management level by the ACT or part qualified accountant, e.g., relevant CCAB, CIMA or equivalent qualification or equivalent demonstrable prior learning.
- Significant experience in treasury, corporate finance or a related financial management role, with a strong understanding of financial legislation, treasury practice, funding markets, investment management and financing strategies.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience developing and interpreting complex forecasts, business plans, budgets, financial statements and management information to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial and treasury information into clear, concise and impactful recommendations for senior leaders, Boards, Committees, lenders and non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and present complex information confidently to senior leaders.

Office Expectancy
This role will require you to be in the office a minimum of 1 day a week.

- 25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum.
- 37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at Delta Housing Ltd.
