Stylish, grounded, uplifting – these values live through everything we do at Boden. Without the collaboration, honesty and friendship between our teams, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We curate a world of beauty that’s ethical, inclusive – and importantly – good fun. We inspire you to live your best life. We are Boden.

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Trend Forecaster to help define what's next for Boden.

Reporting to the Head of Creative Concept, you'll identify emerging fashion, lifestyle and cultural movements, turning insight into inspiring concepts, stories and creative worlds that influence collections, campaigns, content and customer experience.

This is far more than a traditional trend forecasting role. You'll explore fashion, culture, travel, design, media and consumer behaviour to uncover what's next and help Boden interpret it in a way that's uniquely its own. From cultural forecasts and seasonal concepts to brand storytelling and creative inspiration, you'll shape ideas that influence the business years ahead.

Working closely with the wider Creative teams, and acting as a cultural antenna and ideas generator, you'll help shape strategic narratives that keep the brand fresh, relevant and distinctive.

We're looking for someone with exceptional taste, strong cultural awareness and a talent for transforming insight into compelling creative direction. A natural storyteller and world-builder, you'll blend global trends with Boden's unique personality, creating ideas that combine British heritage, optimism, humour and creativity in ways that feel both contemporary and unmistakably Boden.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
