Senior Trusts Officer, PROSPECTUS

Senior Trusts Officer

Permanent Full-Time Role – Salary: £41,013 to £44,235 per annum with flexible hybrid working (home/Stratford office)

About the Organisation

We are exciting to work with our client, a leading charity dedicated to supporting refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK. Established in 1951 following the UN Refugee Convention, the organisation works to empower over 14,000 women, men, and children annually—individuals who have fled conflict, violence, or persecution, seeking a safe rebuilding of their lives.

The Role

Are you passionate about securing funding to sustain life-changing work? The Senior Trusts Officer will be critical in building and maintaining high-value relationships with charitable trusts and corporate partners to ensure the organisation’s services and advocacy for refugees and asylum seekers continue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
