Senior UI/UX Artist
At The Multiplayer Group (MPG), we create world-class multiplayer experiences through Co-Dev and Full-Dev partnerships. Our people-first culture supports a diverse, global team in a welcoming and flexible work environment. With teams spread worldwide, we prioritise connection—both online and in person. Giving back is central to who we are, with a focus on local communities, education, and sustainability.
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Artist to help MPG deliver the best possible Game User Interfaces to our clients. Are you deeply passionate about seamless design choices, the exact colour choice for a button, or the perfect positioning of it? Do you notice font choice, alignment, and kerning everywhere you look? Do you love solving the frustration of poorly designed user flow? If you have a natural eye for these details, then this may be the role for you.
You will be collaborating closely with our game designers, artists, engineers, and production teams to deliver world-class work for our clients and continue our drive for improvement in service and quality.
You’ll be an advocate for great communication in User Interfaces, sharing knowledge on the subject and contributing improvements to our processes. You're a skilled artist/graphic designer, with a strong understanding of Core Game and Meta Game design as well as the technical challenges of UI development.
Requirements
- Be stylistically diverse, organised, and precise
- Have a deep understanding of the roles and workflows of a UI art team, and how an art team integrates with and supports the wider development team
- Be a fantastic Graphic Designer with a strong knowledge of art theory
- Possess advanced knowledge of User Interface theory and practice, including terminology and best practices
- Be proficient with typical UI and graphic design tools, alongside a solid general knowledge of art tools and game engines such as Figma, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine
- Ability to create and present high-level documentation, style guides, and ideation
- Ability to advise team members on UI production matters, with solid experience using production tools like Jira
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to analyse and comprehend visual direction
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to verbalise conceptual thoughts and the willingness to accept constructive critique

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
