Senior UI Designer (Visual) — 11-month FTC London (Hybrid) | £70,000 pro-rata

We're recruiting for a highly-regarded London creative studio known for pairing exceptional visual craft with strategic thinking — work that goes beyond the expected and feels effortless, precise, and genuinely remarkable. They partner with some of the world's largest brands across fashion, drinks, beauty, jewellery, and finance.

We're looking for a Senior UI Designer (Visual) to join their team for an 11-month fixed-term contract, from September 2026.

The Role

This is a craft-led role. They want someone whose first instinct is exceptional visual design — typography, layout, colour, motion — and who brings that same level of polish to prototypes and interactive experiences as they do to a static screen. You'll understand product thinking and interaction design well enough to work fluently with UX and engineering, but your priority is producing outstanding, pixel-perfect interfaces and prototypes, including for AI-driven and agentic experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
