Senior UiPath Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UiPath Developer to take ownership of a partially developed UiPath Accounts Receivable automation solution. The role requires a proactive individual who can independently drive the solution to completion, working closely with the Deloitte team—including a senior business analyst—to deliver at pace.

Key Details

  • Start Date: 6th April 2026 (may move forward to mid/early March if client environments and data are ready)
  • Duration: 12 weeks, with possible extension

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on (“in anger”) UiPath development experience
  • Advanced UiPath certification
  • Security Clearance: SC cleared ideally, or must be eligible for SC clearance

Role Responsibilities

UiPath Development

  • Take ownership of the existing Accounts Receivable automation solution and drive it to completion.
  • Develop new UiPath code and integrate with existing components to create a seamless, efficient automation process.
  • Apply advanced UiPath development best practices, including efficient logic design, coding standards, and robust error handling/reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Deloitte team and client stakeholders to understand solution requirements and constraints.
  • Transition the solution onto the cloud instance of UiPath, ensuring smooth deployment and operation.

Technical Documentation

  • Complete and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the automation solution.
  • Ensure clear, detailed notes on code logic, workflows, and error handling mechanisms.

UAT and Functional Testing

  • Lead rapid and thorough functional testing cycles, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
  • Manage the transfer of the solution from development to functional test environments.
  • Support the client’s transition to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed.

Hypercare and Handover

  • Provide hypercare support post-deployment to ensure solution stability and performance.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover of the solution to the client’s IT function, including knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in complex automation environments and integrating multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based UiPath deployments and best practices.
