Senior UI/UX Designer
Our partner is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer based in United Kingdom to join a fast-moving, globally distributed team focused on building large-scale social discovery experiences used by millions worldwide.
About the Role
This role is positioned at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, and visual design, emphasising measurable impact across mobile and web platforms. The role demands hands-on contributions to design systems, product decisions, and user research initiatives, while providing leadership from early** ideation** to validated product outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and effectively communicate micro-interactions and user flows to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct and participate in user research (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing) to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams using UX insights and performance metrics to shape product direction.
- Own the full design lifecycle, from concept development through execution and iteration based on user and business impact.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including 2+ years in product-focused companies (startup experience is advantageous).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating real product impact (redesigns, A/B testing, measurable results).
- Strong B2C product design experience at a senior or product designer level.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong B2+ English skills (written and verbal).
