Senior UK Accounts & Corporate Tax Associate

Remote | Full-time

We are hiring an experienced UK Accounts and Corporate Tax Associate to support a UK-based Accounting and Corporate Services firm. This role is ideal for candidates with strong UK compliance experience gained in an offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing statutory accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105
  • Producing iXBRL-compliant financial statements
  • Preparing and filing CT600 returns
  • Preparing detailed tax computations, including capital allowances, loss relief, and supporting schedules
  • Reviewing trial balances and posting year-end adjustments
  • Filing statutory documents with Companies House and HMRC
  • Managing multiple UK entities, deadlines, and client deliverables
  • Filing of quarterly and monthly VAT return including

Requirements

  • Strong practical experience in UK statutory accounts and Corporation Tax
  • Proficiency in TaxCalc or similar UK tax software
  • Good working knowledge of Xero
  • Experience supporting UK clients from an offshore environment is essential
  • Ability to manage deadlines, maintain accuracy, and communicate professionally with UK stakeholders
